Met THE COOLEST lady at work today.

Like i don't even know where to begin. First of all she was born and raised in NY/NJ, best accent ever! She has lived in GA about as long as I have. She is a culinary arts teacher. She went to college right around the time when it was very hard for girls to get into culinary school. She worked at restaurants in NY. she encouraged me SO much to go for my dream and not let people/teachers intimidate me because I'm a girl. She said it will be hard, sweaty, gross, and tiring but it will all be worth it. She really made my day. I talked to her for like 30 min no joke. My favorite thing she said was "honey, your gonna be on your feet a lot so support them well while your young, you don't want to end up like me and have varicose veins of the united states on your legs." lol. Best ever.
